Courtney D. Bine is an associate attorney at the firm. Her practice focuses on estate planning, business management, and probate and trust administration. Courtney is passionate about guiding her clients through administration of their loved ones’ estate while also educating the community on the benefits of a thorough estate plan. She understands that conversations surrounding estate planning and probate are not easy ones to have, but she is committed to making these difficult but necessary conversations a positive experience for her clients.
Before joining Wade Ash LLC, Courtney worked in private practice where she represented clients in probate administration, litigation, and estate planning matters. Her prior experience with probate litigation has allowed Courtney to hone her skills in estate planning and administration to provide clients with comprehensive guidance through their legal needs.
Courtney earned her law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During law school, Courtney joined the Community Innovation and Equity Project where she was appointed as a student attorney to represent clients in drafting legal documents necessary to begin the client’s business venture.
Courtney is a member of the Women’s Estate Planning Council (WEPC) and served as the organization’s President of WEPC for the 2025-2026 term. She is currently serving as Past-President of WEPC for the 2026-2027 term. Through WEPC, Courtney continues her legal education and connects with various estate planning professionals, including attorneys, trust officers, accountants, and other professionals.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending her free time with friends, family, and her pup, Gracie going on walks, tackling puzzles, and listening to podcasts and audio books.
