James R. Wade is a former Denver Probate Judge. Throughout his career, Mr. Wade has been a frequent lecturer and visiting professor on probate topics around the country. He has been involved in numerous high profile cases, including the highly publicized Anna Nicole Smith case. He has served as liaison from the ABA Section on Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law to the National College of Probate Judges, in addition to being a member of the American Bar Association Commission on Law and Aging.
