Jill
A. Griffiths, CLM, Legal Administrator
Jill A. Griffiths was born in
Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1957. Ms.
Griffiths has worked in the
legal field since 1974, and for
more than 20 years as a legal
administrator. She has worked in
both large and small law firms,
as well as the District Court
Division of the Arapahoe County
D.A.'s Office. She has been a
member of the 10,000+ member
Association of Legal
Administrators since 1993 and
was one of the first three
Administrators in Colorado (and
the first 61 Nationwide) to earn
the designation of Certified
Legal Manager. She has served as
the Secretary and is currently
serving as the Treasurer
of the Mile High Chapter of ALA.
She was the acting Chair of the Chapter's first Awards Editing
Committee (2003-2004), was
Editor of the Chapter's
award-winning Electronic
Newsletter, The Rocky Mountain
Recorder (2005-2006), Chair of
the Newsletter/Publicity
Committee (2005-2006), and Chair
of the Publicity Committee
(2007-2008) which was the
recipient of the National
Association's first
Visibility-Advertising award
(2007). She has participated on
the Membership Committee and the
National and Regional Conference
Planning Committees, and the CLM
Study Group Committee. She has
authored articles published in
Altman Weil Pensa's Bottom-Line
Management (October, 1997) and
The Rocky Mountain Recorder
(2003). |

Faye
A. Spaulding, Paralegal
Faye A. Spaulding was
born in Holyoke, Colorado in
1948. She graduated from
Metropolitan State College of
Denver (B.S., Business Education
and Communication, 1989). Ms.
Spaulding worked for the Denver
Public Administrator for 9.5
years. She has worked in the
legal field for over 40 years
and as a paralegal for over 30
years. Ms. Spaulding also taught
paralegal and legal secretarial
classes at Parks College. Her
areas of expertise are with
estate and trust administration,
estate and trust litigation,
taxes (individual, fiduciary,
federal estate tax and gift
tax), guardianship and
conservatorship law, corporate,
collection and foreclosure. Ms.
Spaulding is also a member of
the Rocky Mountain Paralegal
Association and the National
Federation of Paralegal
Associations.

L. Nelson,
Paralegal
Laura L. Nelson was
born in Denver, Colorado in
1968. She received a paralegal
degree from Arapahoe Community
College in 1993 and went on to
attend Metropolitan State
College of Denver (B.S.
Accounting, 2001). Ms. Nelson
has worked in the legal
profession for over 17 years in
the Denver area, mainly in
estate planning, probate, trust
administration and fiduciary
taxes, but also has experience
in real estate, bankruptcy and
foreclosures. |

Sharon
K. DeLuca,
Paralegal
Sharon K DeLuca was
born in Blackwell, Oklahoma in
1956. She graduated from
Arapahoe Community College (A.A.S.
Degree, 1993). Ms. De Luca also
obtained a paralegal certificate
from Arapahoe Community College
for ten years of on-the-job
experience. She received her
certification from the National
Association of Legal Assistants
in 1993. Ms. De Luca has worked
as a probate paralegal for over
25 years, primarily in estate
and trust administration. She
has an accounting background and
has prepared individual,
fiduciary, estate, corporation
and partnership income tax
returns, in addition to sales
and payroll tax returns. Ms. De
Luca also has over 20 years of
estate planning experience,
experience in probate
litigation, foreclosures,
bankruptcies, domestic and some
criminal work. Sharon is also a
member of the Rocky Mountain
Paralegal Association and the
National Federation of Paralegal
Associations. |

Brandi
M. Pruett,
Paralegal
Brandi M. Pruett was
born in Mendota, Illinois in
1983 and has lived throughout
the US and Asia as a child of a
military family. Ms. Pruett has
worked in the legal field for 8
years in various areas of
litigation. She has garnered
extensive experience in
high-value and complex
litigation and brings with her a
vast knowledge of litigation
preparation, tactics, procedures
and technology. |

Mark
Donovan,
Paralegal
Paralegal
work is Mark's second career,
which he thoroughly enjoys,
working previously at Horen,
Lockwood & Masters, LLP, for
attorneys Bob Horen and Michelle
Rubin for over six years and now
at Wade Ash. Mark retired from
his first career as an
elementary school principal in
the Aurora Public Schools where
he served for 26 years. Mark's
Paralegal Certificate is from
Arapahoe Community College. He
also has a B. A. in English, an
M.A. in Elementary Education and
his Ph.D. in Curriculum,
Administration and Supervision
from University of Colorado.
Mark is the former state
president of the Colorado
Association of Legal Support
Staff and former president of
the Denver area chapter of the
same organization, Mile High
Association of Legal Support
Staff (MHALSS). He is currently
on the board of MHALSS as
Treasurer. He is also serving as
a member of the Paralegal
Advisory Committee at Arapahoe
Community College. Mark is a
relatively new member of Denver
Rotary Club 31, serving on a
number of committees there. He
is an avid skier and traveler.
His family resides in Denver,
Seattle and New Jersey.
