Gregory
B. Washington,
was born in
Los Angeles, California in
1950. He graduated from
Stanford University with a
degree in Comparative Government
(B.A., 1972, Phi Beta Kappa) and
the University of Washington
(J.D., 1977). He has also taken
several courses from the Masters
of Law in Taxation program at
the University of Denver. Mr.
Washington is admitted to
practice in all Colorado State
Courts, U. S. District Courts
for Colorado and the Central
District of California, and the
Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is an experienced litigator,
counselor at law and appellate
attorney who has successfully
practiced all of these aspects
of law for over twenty-five
years. Reported appellate cases
include In the Matter of the
Estate of Schlagel, 89 P.3d
419 (Colo.App.2003), cert.
denied 2004 WL 1045395;
Swisher v. Phillips, 897
