Josie
M. Faix,
was born in Binghamton, New York
in 1973. She graduated from the
University of New Mexico (B.A.
with Honors, 1995) and the
Georgetown University Law Center
(J.D., 2001). She is admitted to
practice in all of Colorado's
district and appellate courts.
She is a member of the Trust &
Estate Section of the Denver and
Colorado Bar Associations and is
a member of the Statutory
Revisions Committee of the
Colorado Bar Association. Ms.
Faix practices in the
areas of guardianships and
conservatorships, estate
planning and estate and trust
administration.
